By using The Services (any mobile apps and other digital services provided by Oxford Fitness Ltd), you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions between you and Oxford Fitness Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use any of our services. We may change our Terms from time to time, and the most current version will be available on our website (www.oxford-fitness.com). It is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement to stay informed of updates.
You are responsible for your own health. Our services are not intended to be used as a medical device or should not be used for any medical purposes. Nothing within the services provided is associated with or should be taken as a medical device. If you have any concerns about your health always consult with your medical doctor. We are not a medical organization, and we will not provide you with any medical advice or diagnosis. Our Services are only intended for healthy adults, and please do not use our Services if you suffer from, or might suffer from, any medical condition that may be impaired by exercise. Consider the risks involved in any physical activity promoted by our services. We are not responsible for any personal injury or any other damages that may have been the result, direct or indirect, of any use of the Services.
Subscriptions are paid in advance. You may at any time cancel your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can only cancel your subscription through the use of the Apple or Google Pay system. Payment methods and payments are processed by the Apple Store or Google Play system. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees, and add or remove products that are offered as a part of a premium subscription at any time.
In no event shall we be liable for damages of any type whether direct or indirect arising out of or in any way related to our services. You use any of our services at your own risk. The service is provided without any warranties of the services may have any type of errors. The algorithms and methods of estimations of any quality within our services may change without informing you before. We do not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the services.
The Service is only available for your personal use and is not intended for commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse the Service to anyone for any reason at any time. Do not misuse the Services, so that anyone is harmed in any way. You may not engage in any commercial activities, advertise and/or provide hints (such as links) on where commercial activities are present through our Services. By using the App, you undertake to respect our intellectual property rights.
